Had a new gate installed in 2020 and Reliable did a fantastic job. They came out for a few adjustments in the weeks afterwards, and were always very responsive.

Last week the latch broke off the post, and after calling the main office got a call back from Devon within the hour. Gave him the details and sent photos, and he said they would take care of it. A few days later I came home from work and the latch wasn’t just fixed, it was re-aligned with the gate opening and offers improved performance as a result. I didn’t need to make an appointment or find a time to be around, Reliable just got it done.

Five years after I had the gate installed.

And when I asked them for an invoice, they said it was on them.

I can’t think of any other company that takes care of clients on this level. Without a doubt the only fence company I’d ever use or recommend.

Installers showed up exactly when we were told. Alfredo and his team of installers went above and beyond. Our fence wasn’t the easiest put in because of the steep grade. They did a fantastic job quickly and cleanly. Would highly recommend Reliable Fence to anyone.

When you think about a great family business, this one checks all the boxes. We had the pleasure of working with Dave from start to finish, and we felt instantly at ease with his explanations and demeanor.

The price was fair, and the service was excellent. The crew showed up around 8am and finished around 2pm. We are extremely happy with the finished product, and I’m sure we will be doing more business with Reliable in the future.
