Five stars for the price. Not factoring in price, I would say 4 stars for quality. The room was quite luxurious. Breakfast was served promptly each morning at 6:30am. Nothing to write home about, but a solid breakfast. The gym wasn't great. A few cardio machines, an adjustable bench, and dumbbells up to 50 pounds. I didn't hear a bunch of planes when I was staying here

every time i come here i get an amazing experience especially compared to most hotel stays in CT. its affordable and you get a beautiful room for the price. its always very clean and well maintained. i had specific accommodations and they went above and beyond to make sure i got what i was looking for. sergio and his staff did a great job at that. we went to the pool in the morning which was not only clean but very spacious and warm! it’s the middle of the winter so that was a pleasant surprise. hot tub and was a bit small but definitely comfy. the only thing i regret was i slept through their amazing breakfast but overall this remains to be one of the best hotels in CT. great bang for your buck. the suites are the best.

Nice hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. However, there was a stain on the couch in the room, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, there was also a noticeable smell of weed near the elevator, which was unpleasant. The check-in process could have been better—the employee assisting me was on the phone the entire time, which felt unprofessional. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but it’s a nice touch that they offer it.

Very spacious had everything we needed good location close to highway and a grocery store. Pool was very warm too. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. There is a hotel lounge which was nice. Overall good experience.

Nice room. King bed. Kitchenette and pull out sofa bed, separated from bedroom with a door. Made it easy for roommates to sleep separate with privacy. Complimentary breakfast was pretty typical in terms of selection, but good quality.

I recently spent 2 nights at this property while visiting my father. I booked the hotel based on the good reviews and overall 4.5 score (or thereabouts). I had a 1 king bed standard studio (Room 207). While the kitchen/living area were fine (though all the furniture could use some TLC, see photo of nightstand), and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was in dire need of renovation. I'm attaching photos of the shower and the ceiling. There was mold, other stains, and hair in my shower. The breakfast was pretty standard for free breakfasts, although there was not much left by the time I got there. I will look at the Hilton Garden Inn for my next visit, which is right across the street.

Went in to look at some of the suites for my daughter & me for a birthday gift so she can go swimming.. the staff was so rude well we have a no party rule here!! Just very rude no hospitality service. They definitely need some training on customer services. Will not stay here or will not recommend very rude & unwelcoming vibe. The women also told me I should go to Hartford if I want a bigger pool. Smh

While on a road trip we stumbled upon this hidden gem. The hotel truly trumped our expectations, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room itself was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at, with ample space and amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to make a pit stop on their next trip.
