I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I came through the front door. We were greeted promptly by the front desk clerk, checked in promptly and on our way to the room. Upon arrival into our room, we were very, very impressed with the cleanliness, the updated features to the room and the comfort. Slept extremely well and the next day the shuttle promptly took us at our requested time to the airport. Will absolutely stay here again.

I frequently stay at this hotel as a regular guest and Diamond member, and it consistently meets expectations. Its proximity to the airport makes it incredibly convenient for frequent flyers. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and fairly recently renovated, offering modern amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. The beds are great, featuring a variety of pillows in both soft and firm options, ensuring a good night's rest.

Check-in is always smooth, and the staff's friendly and professional demeanor makes for a welcoming experience. Every detail, from the efficient service to the clean and well-maintained rooms, reflects the quality of this hotel. Whether it's for business or leisure, this is a reliable place to stay for comfort and convenience.

I arrived at around 11 pm and I was given a very cold room (50 F). I asked the reception to change the room and I was rudely answered to switch the heating on. I explained that at that temperature I needed hours to have a reasonable temperature. Finally I could convince him to have a warmer room. The key didn’t work and I had to return to the reception twice to have the key properly programmed. Again here the attitude of the receptionist was very rude. In the morning the same receptionist took so long for the check out and the first receipt was even wrong. One more time he was very very rude. Please select and train your staff much better. I am a gold member and I have never seen something like this in IHG hotels.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Bradley Airport in October 2024 for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat disappointing. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming to my wife or myself, which set a poor tone for our stay. It was surprising, as I haven't traveled in a while and lost my Diamond Platinum status, but I expected a basic level of professionalism and friendliness, regardless of my status.

On a positive note, the housekeeping team was much more pleasant, greeting us warmly whenever we passed them in the hallway, and the breakfast was fantastic. The lady serving breakfast was polite and attentive, which added a nice touch to our mornings.

However, I left feeling that you shouldn’t need a high loyalty status to be treated with acknowledgment and respect. A simple smile or courteous interaction should be standard for all guests. It’s disappointing when customer service varies so much within the same hotel, but hopefully, this review brings attention to areas that need improvement.

We stayed here the night before our flight to go on a cruise. Hotel was clean, comfortable and super convenient to the airport. Even after getting a 2 am text that our flight was delayed 5 hours, switching the shuttle time was easy

Had a great stay! Dev and Rashmi took exceptional care of us. Had a beautifully clean and stocked room everyday. Working long hours out of town, they went above and beyond to make our room a comfortable place to rest at the end of each day. Also by far the best complimentary breakfast I have experienced in my many hotel stays.

The room was great except for the wall outlet that I couldn't use. Room 223. It was very clean and roomy. Two full size beds and a pull out. The breakfast was gross even for a Holiday in Express. They have a pool and fitness center. You can hear the plane and train traffic

overall my stay was nice. Clean and quiet, staff were polite. Easy access to/from airport. Did not utilize breakfast. Parking lot could use more lighting. Some locations are dark. Plenty of space in the room
