I had a fantastic stay at SpringHill Suites Hartford Airport/Windsor Locks! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—delicious, with a wide variety of options to start the day right.

The room was in great shape, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the Hartford airport!

Had a great stay here. We were here for a tournament at the convention center. The rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. But what amazed me was we were right by the airport and surprisingly really didn’t hear planes going in and out.

I stayed here with my family after a long day at Great Adventures. There was 5 of us in a room. The room was big enough having a pull out couch, beds comfortable enough, pillows really soft ( maybe too soft). I like that the shower was separate from the bathroom. Shower was good and gives good water pressure. Pool is very small ( 3ft all around), excersize room has modern equipment. Parking was fine. Continental breakfast was average including the coffee. Staff was friendly. What I didn't like was that this place is very busy having an international airport near by so there is a constant coming and going. Not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place. Very loud at times. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport. All in all I feel there are better places to stay. Still it served it's purpose

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, not the best water, went everywhere from the showers. I had to use all their towels to clean up. The staff we're not the friendliest. But overall, the stay was okay. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants. Perfect distance from the airport, literally across the street. Noise from the airplanes did not bother.

I am giving 3 starts because of the manager in the morning shift. Or else I'd give just 1 star. I checked in on the 14th, the room was subpar for paying close to $200/night on a weekday booking. Then walked into the room on the 2nd floor and quickly realized the floors by the door were creaking. Then I went to bed. Soon after I got inside the cover, I started getting itchy. The mattress needed upgrading bad as they felt lumpy all over. I thought it was just me but it wasn't. It felt like there was sand/dust in the bed. I finally told someone via app and they offered to switch the room. It was already 2 am so I didn't want to bother.

I had booked for 3 nights and I checked out early the next morning. The manager on shift was nice enough and promised I'll get a refund for the remaining two nights which I am hoping will reflect soon.

Marriott can do better. They can renovate the hotel if they want. The old creaky floors don't do it, dirty rooms don't cut it. Marriott is something I always used and this is by far my worst experience. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel staff. Marriott do better with every hotel you got.

Decent enough hotel, fairly clean. The fantastic, friendly staff were the highlight for me.

I was not bothered by proximity to the airport, and I'm a very light sleeper, so maybe that's saying something. Not sure if I heard a single plane during my stay.

Shower and toilet were separated into two distinct bathrooms in my room, which was interesting (not a bad thing, might even be desirable for some).

So maid service is optional and if you want it there's a fee! Breakfast is usually a premade sausage and egg croissant that's microwaved. The cleaning staff is more friendly than the front desk personnel

I was initially very happy with my room, it was clean and spacious. Within a few minutes of checking in, I noticed that the smoke detector was beeping very loudly and often. I called the front desk and was eventually moved to a different room, which was fine. Then I decided to bring my friends son to the pool (a big reason for getting this hotel) and let me tell you don’t book the hotel if you are looking for a pool. It is so hot in the pool room it’s almost like sitting in a sauna, no one else was swimming. I think we had to do 30 minute increments because it was so hot. The real thing that’s got me leaving this review is that I signed up for the airport shuttle for 4:25 AM the night before I have a 6 AM flight. When I got to the front desk (early, 4:20) I was told the shuttle was full so they had just signed me up for the 4:55 instead (without telling me). So I am currently sitting in the lobby waiting for an Uber because I obviously can’t leave for the airport that late. It’s so inconvenient and rude that this happened to me and the front desk was so nonchalant about it. So be careful about booking the shuttle!
