I have had the pleasure of traveling on 3 separate trips with Kasie. Every detail having been planned out and managed as you would expect with having a personal travel agent, not only for myself but for an entire group of 100+ people traveling together.

We are extremely grateful for having Kasie as our agent especially in moments of dire need. While cruising the islands of Hawaii, we received a phone call concerning the health of a loved one. With in minutes Kasie was managing details with the ship and airport helping us determine our next actions. Her help on this moment was above and beyond anything an agent would do. It’s comforting to travel knowing that someone has your back every step of the way allowing you to relax to the fullest extent.

Beyond the price gouging (4-5times the actual cost of goods/services provided), Kasi was repeatitively rude, degrading, and downright disrespectful to me, my wife, and several members of our group. Her inability to conduct herself like a professional when dealing with her own customers was only overshadowed by her very obvious inability to handle organizing a large group travelling abroad.

The facilities we visited were amazing, and their employees were phenomenal and professional every step of the way. The manner in which they were treated by this agent made my skin crawl. I would highly recommend finding an alternative vendor, unless you're into being made to feel like you paid too much for verbal abuse and unprofessional childish banter from woman with no concept of the terms "organized," "customer service," or "kindness."
