Do not use this travel agency. Shelia left is stranded in Europe because she never paid for out flights home despite having all of our cc information to make payment. She never confirmed the tickets. Now she refuses to cooperate to get it rectified. Also double booked some of our tours. Absolutely deplorable service. Stay away from this agency at all costs. Some of the worst service I have ever encountered.
