Booked a package to Mexico we asked for one a hotel that had two different sections we were expecting to go to one more higher end section however we’re book to the lower end not knowing until we arrived it wasn’t the correct side truly disappointed to pay $7000 for a family of 3 and ending up on the wrong side do not recommend this travel agency whatsoever. Find any other travel agency because it was something they should have noticed but due to lack of experience this is what happens. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Rosita at 1-2-1 travel is AMAZING. Gave us a great group rate for 10 of us for a week long trip to Tulum. Rosita also helped me and my husband plan our destination wedding with ease. The process was fast and easy and service was great! Can’t wait to book through this company for every vacation.

I was about to book another year but customer service has gone downhill big time, but in the end a blessing in disguise, as I found a much more competitive travel agency in Richmond Hill area, which has superb customer service and knowledgeable staff. Thank you ladies from this 1-2-1 Travel Connections to push me to find better !!!

These guys are the best. Sam kept looking for the best time for arrival so we could enjoy the first day in hawaii instead of getting there at 10 pm.The price was the best around. we got 5 quotes from other travel agents. We will be booking again with 1 2 1 . Thank you very much

I booked a round trip flight back in March 2020 to Dominican Republic and due to Covid 19 they had closed the international boarders. On July 2020 I called to rebook my flight and they informed about paying a $148 fee just to rebook my flight again. To my knowledge I had an original credit and I had no idea that I was going to be charged a fee again. I got charged from air Transant $148 and then 2 days later I got a credit and then after 3 days I noticed from 1-2-1 travel connection they charged me $148. So I called them and asked them why was I being charged that$148 . They were not honest with me about the company fee of $148. I called air transit and my ticket was lower in price then what the travel company told me. The difference on the ticket was only $22 and the whole point here is they were not honest with me about the cost of the ticket and to get me to pay $148 as a fee.
