From the moment we arrived, the service at Wilderness Tours was top-notch. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and always there when we needed them. The rafting itself was such an incredible experience—full of fun, excitement, and memories that will last. One of the best parts of the trip was that our boat, with Nick as our guide, was the only one that didn’t tip!

We went over the summer, and Nick made sure it was an unforgettable experience. Not only did he handle the raft like a pro, but he also shared cool facts and stories about the places we passed through, which made the whole adventure even more special.

I highly recommend Wilderness Tours, and if you can, definitely ask for Nick as your guide—he’s the best!

We love this place! The Rafting is so much fun!

The lunch included for day trips could use an upgrade. It fills you up, but the quality isn't the best. I'm not expecting an exquisite $300 a plate quality meal. However, if you're cooking chicken, make sure it's not dry. If you're serving burgers, make sure the buns aren't like a brick.

Still, it fills you up and gives you the energy you need for the trip! This was our 3rd trip, and we will be back!

We booked a 2 night resort/rafting package in August for a family of 4 that included two 14 yr. old boys. We drove from NS (over 14 hours away)to once again have our adventure with Wilderness Tours and they didn't disappoint. Our last trip with Wilderness tours had been 5 years ago.
This was our first time staying on resort. We booked one of the Eco Cedar Cabins. Cabins were well maintained, and very clean. The cabin had a composite toliet so no running water. Had enough space for all 4 of us. Our cabin was a bit far away from the communal showering facilities, so it would be nice to have a few more cabins that have running water.
The day on the river rafting was AMAZING!!! Wilderness Tours have the best guides. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and have FUN. Our guide Jack was the best, he had us all feeling comfortable and laughing the whole day.
The food on the resort was great. There was a variety with each meal and service staff were polite, and very helpful.
We definitely won't hesitate to book again with Wilderness Tours.

From the very start I received great and friendly service , all staff were very knowledgeable ,and ready to help when needed. I found the food very good and much needed after a day rafting. Now the rafting itself was amazing, it was fun and exciting . Our guide was great not only as a rafter but in his ability to give us the history and facts of the area we went thru. For me this made the trip even better,I highly recommend it .

The whitewater rafting tour was an incredible, exciting an adventure. It's a very unique experience that everyone will love. And the tour guides are top notch. They made sure we all had tons of fun while they educated us on the art of rafting and the mighty Ottawa river 🙂

We took our children for a surprise graduation gift (Grade 6 & 8) and it was definitely a memory of a lifetime. The customer service from start to finish was seamless, the staff was welcoming and accommodating for my dietary needs and my children had a blast. I was taken back with the new set up and location since I enjoyed multiple rafting trips at their previous location but this one did not disappoint and they have out done themselves. I have no clue who creates the amazing set ups but they have thought of it all. They have games for all ages, fireplaces to warm up by, nice cocktails to enjoy at the end of the day by the water or the fireplace (my husband still talks about it) and my personal favorite was the warm sauna to enjoy at the end of the rafting. The ambiance is everything, we can't wait to go back and when we do we will stay over to keep the amazing vibe going and try out their accommodations, which we heard from other guests that they are clean, comfy and relaxing.

Wonderful rafting trip, friendly employees, and an exciting adventure. The food was good too! The kids really enjoyed the inflatables, games, and hockey. We will try an overnight next time so we have more time to check out the resort.

I've been coming here a couple times a year since 2021. For rafting and kayak school. This place has something for everyone from zero intensity to wild. The resort is clean, but it's the staff that makes this place so much fun. We just finished another beginner kayak course with Campbell and Chandler and it was so much fun and felt safe with them. It was a productive skills building weekend as everyone felt great about how the weekend went. We are already looking forward to going out on the water with these two instructors again.
