Soooo!
I just got finished at Hometowne Motors! They are a really great service station to deal with. I happened upon them a few months back when the usual place I go to didn't have any open slots. John at Hometowne Motors was great to deal with and he helped me out when I was in a jam and needed my car for work. They got me back on the road and for a really reasonable cost.
Shortly after that I had to use their services again. Again they were able to accommodate and fit me in and again for a great price. They are very up front with information and stick to their estimates. Both times they were lower on the cost than their estimate.
So today I brought my car in because it was having similar issues. I come to find out the part they put in last time had a manufactural failure and it caused an issue with the first part as well. John explained it is all under warranty and they are going to make it right.
So, not only did they fit me in during their very busy schedule they honored their warranty. They even took the time to complete a much needed oil change while it was on the lift.
It is a nice change of pace to feel good about a service station that is transparent and delivers on their service. It is also nice to see great customer service at the front of office. Hometowne Motors is my go to service station now. I am very glad to be able to go to a service station where they care about the customer by caring about their service on your vehicle.
So reach out to Hometowne Motors the next time you need your vehicle serviced. I like to give props where and when props are due.

Yes folks, the "honest mechanic" does exist, and his name is Tim!
Half the time and half the cost of the dealership, and Tim caught at least one basic but important maintenance item that those jokers over at the dealership apparently felt they could skip (while charging double for half this level of service...)

You won't find an auto shop this honest, quick, and reliable just anywhere, and we're lucky enough to have one right here in town. Please make the smart choice for your wallet, your car, and your community & support this local business!
