We had a great stay here. A tiny bit of trouble checking in, as they hadn't correctly assigned our room type, but the front desk agent fixed it for us. They really saved my bacon though when I left some expensive clothes behind in the closet and they kept them in lost & found until I could arrange for their shipment back to my house. I felt they went above and beyond communicating throughout and I was extremely satisfied with the resolution and getting my clothes back. I'd be more than happy to stay here again! I also appreciated their included breakfast and the fancy coffee options, it was a great way to wake up.

I feel as if I have struck gold.
I’m in and out of Connecticut a few times a month for work. I was bouncing around from one hotel to another for a few months, then I stayed at the Best Western Plus at Fairfield. The level of service and the proximity to great dining as well as Metro North, all in walking distance. It cannot be beat. This truly is a budget hotel with five star service and a great location. Thank you to my Best Western Family, see you again soon.

We recently stayed in this wonderful hotel for three (03) weeks! The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, the location was so convenient, the complementary breakfast was perfect to start everyday, our room was nice and clean and the standout: it was serviced everyday! We were so lucky they upgraded the tv system during our stay. The parking facilities are free, safe and convenient. We definitely recommend this hotel and are looking forward to our next stay here!

Walked in and got a room middle of the night with no reservation. It’s very clean and professional. Room was perfect and quiet and clean. Free breakfast was great. My kids loved the touchless pancake maker. Great assortment of food and all fresh and clean. Good for the price

Room was not set up too well (cabinets wouldn't open because bed was in the way and such). Gym was pretty under-equipped, and it was hard to find out how to pull in the parking lot if coming from across the street. Staff was nice enough from the interactions I had, and bed was comfy enough.

Room is very small .. heater doesn't work properly we wait it one hour to heat the room and still cold .. Almost there is no comforter for the bed just thin kind of thing, too much expensive for 4 and half hour almost $150

Odor in Room, Uncomfortable bed and pillows, Room was too small, No fan in bathroom, Very noisy highway traffic right next door, the "FULL" breakfast was unappealing and inedible, even the coffee came out of Nescafe machine and tasted awful, one of the ugliest room decors we've ever seen, small TV with no streaming. Would not allow AAA or AARP discount after check-in, unfriendly staff could care less. Not interested in feedback. Would never stay here again.
