Valeri was my travel agent for my honeymoon to Greece and Italy. I couldn’t recommend her enough! We decided to go on our honeymoon right after our wedding so it felt impossible to plan them both myself. That’s when I found Valeri and she made this process so much easier than I could’ve ever imagined. Our itinerary was fun-filled with areas still for relaxation- the perfect balance. She booked our hotels, transportation, helped with our excursions, and was super available with great communication. She gave lots of options when it came to deciding where to stay, room options etc. There is so much that I wouldn’t have ever thought about planning on my own that Valeri had worked out. Before our trip she sent us a folder with printed copies of all our trip confirmations and itinerary that I used and referenced often throughout the whole trip. I will never plan another trip without seeking guidance from Valeri. Thank you so much!!

Valleri has booked at least 4 vacations for us over 25 years, never had any issues is very helpful and knowledgeable, havent used anyone else since our first trip she booked to hawaii for us.

Exceptional! Not only were we booked in fantastic locations but when we ran into a medical emergency and plans needed to be suddenly changed Valeri was able to be reached instantly, moreover the crisis caused us a cancelation we were not informed about at a hotel in Florence, despite Worldwide Travel notifying them we would be at the hotel on the next night and again Valeri was there instantly to book us another hotel. Moreover Valeri goes the extra mile for her clients as there are other details of her exceptional service I can write about!

Amazing! Every single detail put into an itinerary, sent paper copy in the mail, as well as emailed me a pdf. Valeri & team knew exactly which tours would work best for us, as well as some great shopping and pub recommendations. Because we traveled during the height of covid hysteria, French's Travel also knew where and how to get testing at the airport so results would be ready by the time we settled in to our hotel. A few weeks removed from the trip and we are still raving about it. What a fantastic experience - an experience we owe in large part to the best travel agency. Thank you.

Over the years, we have used French's Travel and worked closely with Valeri on many domestic and international trips. The result has always been a smooth experience and as a result trips filled with many wonderful memories. We have used Valeri for many years, and she always does a fantastic job. I even use her for domestic travel. It would be possible to do it myself, but she is so much quicker in narrowing down the less expensive options, and frequently will save us a significant amount of money over doing it myself. The best example for when she went over and above the call of duty was when she booked us flights through Chicago, and a whole bunch of flights were canceled because of weather. There were horrible lines to rebook, and the replacement flight they had us on was not for 2 days. I called her and she got us on an earlier flight. Since then I have asked her to avoid Chicago, and she is always been able to find good flights with other connections, which I think would be a lot harder for me to do myself.

We booked a trip to Atlantis for a week’s stay beginning April 1, 2020 through the owner of French’s Worldwide Travel. Deposit was made late last year and full payment was made shortly after that. We also purchased insurance through her company that covered illness, death and other emergencies and other valid reasons. This trip was all planned and paid for prior to when Covid 19 came upon the world. As January, February and March came upon us it became obvious that this trip was not going to happen due to the layoffs, shut downs and closings that were occurring due to the virus. We canceled within the guidelines and timeframe of the rules of the contract and insurance policy and yet have not received our full refund. It is now just about 4 plus months that we have been communicating , emailing and texting for our refund. A portion was returned to us but 1/3 of the total package is still due. Numerous excuses from her were given all the time with no results on the final balance or the reason for this 4 month delay. I would suggest Buyer Beware if planing on using this travel agency.
