This hotel was amazing beautiful place with beautiful landscape. The housekeeper was awesome. He kept the rooms clean, if I needed anything he would service my room and fix any problems that had happened. The housekeeper and the the guy in office was very nice and respectful.

I had to stay Here because of a Plumbing Issue at My Apartment This Place should be renamed The Hooker Inn My Boyfriend Whom came to The Room after Work was propositioned bye a Hooker waving at Him in front of Her Rooms Window smh! also this Place is just creepy don't stay Here!

Hi this motel is decent but if you need to stay and you have even a service dog they will deny you even if you have company n they see the dog they’ll be knocking right away they watch cameras thoroughly so don’t try sneaking won’t work lol my only other issue is they hate givin pillows out lol you’ll get 2 for your bed good luck getting more.. an make sure you get all you need before midnight they sleep 3rd shift n will be very upset if you wake them for pillow middle of night they will not accommodate your needs late night you will be an inconvience. I’ve worked hotel 5 years an would never give attitude or argue with my guests keeping composure is a must working in this type business even when you want to tell someone off in which I get it but you will not benefit or get any where thank you lol fyi I didn’t bother them so late my cousin was drunk 3 am an 3 people only had 2 pillows for room n he arrived late I’m not a pain in the ahh. I could give this motel some pointers an maybe have employees watch a video on decent human interaction without hostility is all

Soooo disappointed. We go every few months and get the same room. This time it wasn't available. The room we got was awful. No lampshade, phone broken, and room smelled. The blinds in bathroom were dirty. Saw what I think was a roach and the bed was awful. Came in to get trash but never made bed. I know its inexpensive because it's a smoking room but for $162 there should be some level of service. All done. We'll be going somewhere else next time.

For the price, the rooms were awful. DEFINITELY need to be remodeled. Like, painted, holes in the walls fixed, etc. No phones in the rooms. I've stayed in cheaper places, that were MUCH better than that. And I didn't think there was even any hot water, (whole reason for the stay!) at first. But there was. The knob was just on backwards. And you could tell they didn't clean them. (found stuff from previous guests.) During COVID, DEFINITELY NOT something to slack on. But, they certainly, did. I only upped the rating to 3 stars, because there WAS hot water. And plenty of towels. But, that did very little to redeem the place. Sheets SUCKED, and pillows were flat, and no cases.

Nothing was good about this place. I helped my sister check into this motel and the rooms were dirty, the beds had stains on them, the window blinds were broken and the rooms smelled very bad. My biggest complaint is that this business discriminated against me and told me that I would have to leave with my service dog. This young to middle-aged man with black/brown hair said that he read the ADA laws and that he had the power to deny me access to my sister’s motel room. He said I would only be allowed in a smoking-only room. I was not staying anyways so I decided to agree to disagree with the very ill-informed man. He claimed that I had to be in a smoking room “due to people who may have dog allergies”…. So smokers don’t have dog allergies If he really had read the ADA guidelines, he would have known that that was ILLEGAL to do. He was very ignorant and rude about the whole thing. It’s a shame that businesses aren’t up to days and educated on the ADA service dog laws. DO BETTER. This motel is only acceptable if you can’t afford anywhere else, to be honest. It’s disgusting and poorly run in my opinion.

This “Inn and Suites” What can I say?
First they say we are only allowed to stay one night. It was $89 for the night, ok I guess. But then they charged my card for 2 nights, even though I was only allowed to rent for 1. And I had to contact 3 different people, and it took me 6 weeks to get my money back.
The room smelt so bad we had to go out and bye febreze. The bedding wasn’t washed, it stunk and had food on the sheets. The computer chair was broke my son sat on it and it fell to the ground with him In it. The bathroom was old, dirty and dissatisfying, it was old and a lot of things were broken, including sink faucet and the toilet didn’t flush.
The entire room was grungy, gross, dirty, old, disgusting, and highly unsatisfactory.
The staff the man and women who were in charge were both very rude as well. Good luck to you all.

I would have given it a lower rating but it was not available. Bed mattress is from 1970, TV not working , musty and the best thing you very own fly strip in the bathroom behind the door. I can't imagine my stay will be anything but, is there anything lower than disappointing 😕 😔 💔 😪
