I had an excellent experience with this company! Our driver, Luis, was amazing. He communicated with me clearly about his location and was right outside the entrance waiting for us as soon as we came out—talk about perfect timing! The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services and want to give a special shout-out to Luis for going above and beyond. Five stars all the way!

My go to airport service from now on. I recently had to catch an international flight from Newark. Unfortunately that morning the weather was poor and to ensure that I made to the airport in time, the owner of this service was there waiting for me at my pickup time. I made it to the airport with no issues in a very comfortable vehicle. The owner was a pleasure to connect with. I usually never write reviews while I am still away but wanted to make an exception here because of the exceptional service. Highly recommend!

At the end of May, I travelled to NYC/CT and had the great pleasure of riding with CT Express Limo! Both Marco and Michael provided excellent service during my travels. Completely unsatisfactory and disappointing experience with this company last week. Let me first state I have previously used this company on many airport transfers from CT to the airport over 3 years, with mostly no issues and never had a reason not to book with them again (Dennis was always a fantastic conversation). This occasion was different when a trip booked with CT Express Shuttle, during the middle of the ride to JFK, the car broke down in the middle of a highly trafficked parkway about 20 mins away from JFK. I was left in a very unsafe situation as the car remained in the middle of the parkway for over 15 mins while traffic swerved and bypassed the vehicle. After spending time to try and assess the situation and pop the hood, the driver attempted to flag down bypassing vehicles for assistance, then unannounced to me, my luggage was taken from the trunk by the driver and transferred to an unsolicited lyft/Uber driver to transfer me the remainder of the way to the airport. I was skeptical of the situation at first, but the car had all the Uber/Lyft stickers and the driver had his kid in the car, and if I delayed any further, due to traffic, I was getting close to missing my flight time. Turns out the Uber/Lyft driver was just an extremely generous and nice person who stopped to assist, and while we were not traveling under a ride in the app, I felt obligated to compensate him for his generosity when we arrived at JFK. While I understand mechanical issues may happen, for the amount of money CT Express charges for a private sedan transfer the vehicle sent to transfer me was clearly older and outdated towncar which was also not very clean. The company’s website states, “express shuttle is here to transport you….in the safest way possible” which was not the case and I'm mostly disappointed the company didn’t not even follow up to make sure I made it to the airport or to apologize about the situation I encountered. I know the owner Marco was aware of this particular situation as he called the driver while the car was broken down, and I also emailed the company after the ride to explain what I encountered and never received a response, hence this review. I also want to mention the communication leading up to the ride was poor, in the past they usually provided a 24 hour reminder of your trip details and the driver would text you as your ride time approach - never got any of these, but the driver did show up, albeit 5 mins past the pick up time. Hoping the company see this review and responds, but sorry to say I've moved on and you've lost any of my future business.

I have used Connecticut Express Shuttle since 2009 on a regular basis. They have driven family and friends to / from LGA, Newark, JFK, and have even driven me into Manhattan! I have ALWAYS had excellent service from their dispatch group, the drivers, and management. There have been rare occasions where my driver was delayed but my experience has been this is the exception not the rule, and has been the result of traffic issues. I do not understand the negative remarks from 2 other reviews as this has never been my experience!

This company has been great and I have used them for YEARS ...maybe 100 times. Are they perfect...not ALWAYS, but they are so much better than other services I have used. During the pandemic they eliminated shuttle service which makes total sense, offering private cars only but at a decent price.

If I could give it zero stars I would ! My plane came in early but I still waited for my requested time of 6:40am. I call the driver at 6:50 to see how far he was from JFK and I’m told that he won’t arrive until 7:30 because it’s a shuttle. I call the office and I’m told you have to wait this isn’t a private car. My point is if this were a pick up from home to the airport I would be late !!! So sympathy, no apology and definitely no disclaimer on their website. They say first class service but this is trash !

So now it is 7:47am and I reach out to the driver to see if he is close and I get a ride and nasty response about “I don’t know why the office isn’t handling this I’m driving, I’m at LaGuardia dropping off customers” ...... as I’m waiting in JFK
