It was great at first did my intake met with my therapist that was seeing for almost a year and was told a week before that she was leaving transferring and the transition would be easy it wasn’t it was very stressful and when I said about it nothing was done to help instead when I went on vacation to see my family I get asked what I was doing instead I had a good relationship with my provider but this place isn’t the same with rude staff in the morning

Called to schedule an intake appointment, and the woman I spoke with was not helpful in the least bit. She actually just said, "we'll see what we can do, but we're very busy so it will be a while until we can see you!" Here's an idea, when someones calling to potentially provide themselves with help in any form, don't make then feel like they're being a burden by reaching out. Thanks for nothing Stafford Fanily Services.

Rude staff and they are too busy to accommodate their patients. I’ve had two appointments and missed one and was cancelled. Honestly the worst therapy office I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting.
