My experience with this business, and the receptionist has been less than desirable. I agree with other reviewers regarding their customer service experience with this particular person. After my family had used this company for years, let alone over a decade, I would never want them to be used again. After regularly providing oil service and even repairing the furnace in the prior year it was a hassle to arrange for oil delivery. After the snarky remarks from the receptionist regarding the town I live in, and no it's not in Portugal, I was informed that I needed to send images of the oil tank to them prior to approval for filling. Although, the company had serviced this tank for years and even made a service call in the prior year and NEVER required the same or similar of the prior home occupant. After managing to crawl into the tight space and send images to the company, I was informed by the same receptionist that the tank looked unfillable and they would probably be unable to help me. At that point I contacted another local reputable company, sent the images, got approval for the fill and prevented a disastrous situation with freezing water lines. Perhaps with enough lost business and the impact on your bottom line, you will figure out what needs to change with customer experience.

I had an excellent experience with Festi’s power equipment. I had my Gravely Zero Turn fully serviced to include pick up and drop off. Festis completed everything that I asked them to do and they did it on a very timely manner especially seeing it is peak mower season. The service, knowledge, and professionalism, was all top notch. But when you get great service it usually doesn’t come cheap. In this case Festi’s was actually lower than what the dealer quoted me and they got it completed five weeks faster than the dealer said they could complete it. In the future i intend to bring all my small engine equipment to Festi’s.

11 year old Cub Garden Tractor needed some service. Their staff could not have been more helpful on the phone and in person. Their estimate was very fair. First lawn cut after the service and it ran like it was brand new. Very Happy with this business and staff and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

These are good people , they were very kind to have sent me a generous gift card for coffee that I can share with several coworkers . And this was completely unexpected. I received their supplies by an inept freight company and attempting to return them, I never expected anything in return. I am familiar with the pain of shipping and receiving. All we all want is our products damage Free and on time .

My relatively new cub cadet mower had been repaired by two different places, in as many years. Each time it was returned running, but not well. A friend referred me to Festi’s. This was my first time there. After Festi’s repaired it, it ran like new. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem. I wouldn’t take my lawnmower to anyplace else. The repair was done quickly and inexpensively. I can’t say enough good things about this top notch business.

We bought a used Cub Cadet riding mower with bagger for $700. It's 10 years old but in good shape and was maintained there every year. It was just serviced and a bunch of other stuff replaced. The mechanic was very nice and informative with no pressure. The mower has performed well so far. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Small retail / repair for cub cadet and other models. Have most parts in stock when needed. And very friendly and knowledgeable staff to answer your questions. Have purchased from them over 15 years with no issues. They also have another side of the businesses for oil delivery and service.

Top line service. Very informative and helpful staff. Dropped off an older walk behind mower that needed some TLC and came home with it PLUS a brand new SLX50 tractor that is an absolute beast. Save yourself time…. Just give them a call … won’t regret it.
