All around terrible stay. We selected a non smoking room and when we were arrived it was smoking. Asked to move and the lady was rude but switched to a non smoking room. The room wasn’t clean but not dirty either. The heart jacuzzi tub didn’t even work which was disappointing. Bed was uncomfortable. The parking lot was messy and full of pot holes. Was so hard to get in and out of the parking lot due to location. When checking out the guy was asleep at the desk and had to wake up. The maid was the only nice person we met and was nice enough to give us more towels and TP because we didn’t have any. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Positive: "" Negative: We pulled in the parking lot and didn?t get out of the car. We ended up getting a much nicer hotel for a little more. We felt very unsafe and would not bring our children in that hotel.

I've recently come to Stamford, and needed a last minute booking and this hotel served just that. The Hotel looked like they just recently renovated their parking lot, and when I had questions and quick adjustment in regard to the room they were willing to do so! The staff is quite friendly and the housekeeper ensured my room was kept clean or I need additional towels for my room. I would recommend this place if you need something cheap.

Travel a lot here, but this place is a joke and I mean it not sure how it says they are top 2019-2024.
They got two type of rooms, a none smoking (which are always out) and a smoking room even though you don’t smoke is already $200 fee
1 room key, and a extra is $1
Pets of any king (even service animals) $15 fee
To check earlier (if must) is already $50 fee
After 10 minutes into the hotel/room you won’t get a refund.
Room is already $125 but online says $85-90
Place is dirty and very sketchy, hard to get clean towels.

Then the lady proceeded to say your total is approximately 400$ for one night that’s a great deal.

I do not recommend staying here. The security is poor, and there were attempts to break into the rooms, which made me feel unsafe. I wish there was an option to give zero stars

If there was 0 this one deserved it.
With price that you pay, at least you have to get something clean & all the services they advertised for to be there, but rooms are fitly, doors were off & not closing & free breakfast, don't even mention it.
