Our handicap room was totally accessible, fairly clean, carpet was well worn. Good bathroom, full access. Bed was hard, A/C barely kept room cool. Breakfast was juice, bananas, apples, cereal, muffins, toast. Good value. Very nice friendly front desk.

I've had the unfortunate experience of staying here twice. I booked this place along a trip to and back to NH and by the time I had my first experience I couldn't cancel my second.

The rooms and hallways smell bad. The carpet is old and sticky I assume because it desperately needs to be cleaned. The elevator buttons don't work well or at all at times. The down button on the fourth floor didn't work, so I had to call the elevator to go up and then put in the lobby level. The inside buttons aren't much better. If you've ever wanted an experience where you have been so mad you could have pushed all the buttons on the elevator, then this place is for you.

The shower the first time we stayed was dirty and didn't drain. The second night it had mold that had been painted over.

The first night the bed had a wine stain on it, the second night, a coffee again.

We were eaten alive both nights by what I hope weren't bed bugs, but given my experience I don't feel optimistic.

The savings in price aren't worth the experience. Honestly camping in a tent is a better idea. Or sleeping in your car. Or not sleeping at all, just keep driving.

We just needed somewhere to sleep to break up a long journey and that didn’t cost a fortune. This hotel ticked all the boxes and was overall excellent value for money. It was a bit shabby but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and the simple breakfast was ok considering it was free. There is a reasonably big car park, but we arrived at about 10 pm and got the last spot.

Last weekend,We were searching for a place which is not far from station and it matched .we stayed there for 2nights and my experience was not bad , but carpets weren’t clean enough.
We had a complimentary breakfast there which is a good enough for that price
And the front desk employees are so helpful ❤️i must say

Great place for a short stay. A little dated and kind of shady carpets, but overall clean and nice.

The hotel itself is old, the decor is old, the elevator is small. The room is equipped with mini refrigerator and microwave, the bathroom is clean , but the carpet is very dirty.

Positive: We stayed at this hotel on our way back from a road trip. We had stayed at other hotels in Stamford before and did not feel safe - not the case here though! This hotel was super safe and very accommodating. The staff was excellent. Negative: ""

We were looking for somewhere on our route to NYC but were looking for a stop along the way and somewhere not too expensive. It was dated to when it was built but who cares! It was clean! So clean! And when we called for a late check in they told us not to worry and to be careful driving. So sweet. Older hard beds but comfy bedding and pillows. They did everything in the room to try and make it a pleasant stay. The breakfast was some muffins and boxed cereal and juice. For such an inexpensive place I’ll take it! Free parking! No complaints. We stayed somewhere and big brand the night before that was updated, but way less clean, not as maintained and way more expensive!! I love this little place!
