I would give zero stars if I could. I got locked out of my car on a 95 degree day. Set up the lockout service through the online setup. I was given an hour estimate for wait time. An hour later and I still had not even been assigned a service provider. I tried to call to speak to an actual human, but instead spoke to their automated call prompts, which reassured me that the fastest way to receive service would be to use the online setup (which I’d already done). At this point, an hour and a half had passed. I called my partner for help instead, but I left the service request open, just to see if they’d actually assign someone to help me. Three full hours from the time of placing my request for help, I still had not been assigned a service provider, at which point I cancelled my request. This is the first service request I’ve ever had with AAA and I could not be more disappointed. What is the point of paying for a service if you can’t speak to a human and have no clue if someone even knows you need help. If they had even given me a true eta, even if it had been multiple hours, I might not have been as upset, but this is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money on AAA.

Trisha and Nicole at the Auburn AAA were fantastic! After being given the run around elsewhere, it was amazing to finally find people who knew their jobs! I had a bit of a complicated situation for getting vehicle insurance and they knew who to contact to get the right info and get me on my way with a policy! They were also very pleasant and personable which was also a breath of fresh air. Thank you ladies for going the extra mile for me!

Wonderful alternative to going to the Registry if you have AAA. Made my appointment to get a Real ID for 9:00AM on a Saturday morning. I was there when the door opened and they were ready to process my paperwork without delay. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Make sure to fill out any applications on line prior to your appointment and bring the required docs for your transaction, and you too should be pleasantly surprised.

I just renewed my drivers license, getting my real ID at the Auburn office. These folks are great. There were about a dozen people there to be served just after I arrived. With just one person checking us each in and two or three others processing a variety of needs, it moved very smoothly and efficiently. Everyone was well behaved on both sides of the counter. I was there forty five minutes which was fine, though it seemed a lot shorter.

AWFUL!!! Came in to this location on Wednesday to see a travel agent. Told we needed to make appointment OR Saturdays were first come first serve. Woman was very rude and only spoke to my husband totally ignoring me. Came in today (Saturday) at 9:05. Was told there was an appointment ahead of us! When I asked why were appointments made on Saturdays we were told they could do that! What a waste of time and a 30 minute drive to get here. NEVER AGAIN!!!
