My pontoon was damaged by another Marina customer while slipped at West cove Marina in June 2022. Owner David Kendall said he would take care of getting the boat repaired and dealing with the boat owner that hit our parked boat. The owner of the other boat admitted to driving into our parked boat and David Kendall has promised repeatedly to have the boat fixed.

It is now Oct. 2023 and our boat has not been repaired and David Kendall and the boat owner that damaged our boat (David Koch) are not responding to emails or phone calls. Avoid this marina at all cost.

David maintains and repairs 3 outboard engines for me. I work with David because he is a professional. David provides a personal service and he stands behind his product. David quickly responds to communications and his turnaround is lightning fast for the quality of his work. When time allows, David is eager to answer questions, instruct, and share his craft. David keeps my fleet in top shape despite the hard use I give it. I strongly recommend David Kendall and West Cove Marina.

I left my motor at West Cove In Oct. Dave promised to fix it over the winter. However by spring it still had not been fixed. Promises, promises, promises. Doesn't answer his phone and doesn't check his work. Motor still not fixed and had to take it elsewhere. Paid him for repairs that were never done. Oh well, a lesson learned. This person is NOT reliable.
