This was our third experience parasailing with Grand Traverse Parasail. As always the staff was extremely helpful and competent. Staff takes the time to make first timers comfortable and confident in their ability to keep them safe. The boat is excellent for its purpose with plenty of power to loft clients. East Traverse Bay is amazing from the air as one really gets a sense of how clear the water really is. This crew is highly recommended! We will be back again.

Absolutely wonderful experience One individual in our party mentally was not able to participate in pair sailing after getting on the boat and the captain and his deckhand were absolutely phenomenal in assisting us with that individual having an anxiety attack and they still made sure that we had the best experience ever!

My only wish is that we could have stayed up longer

Our family had a spectacular time flying around the bay. The crew was really great… fun and efficient with an eye on safety first and foremost. Each trip was about 10-15 minutes from start to finish which was a perfect time to see the sights. The ride was smooth and relaxing. The few people on the boat who were a little nervous to go up had huge smiles on their faces when they returned. Highly recommend!

I was surprised that this was more of a calm and relaxing experience than thrilling. We went in the morning and the water wasn’t choppy. We were the only group on the boat so I recommend going early. There’s also an early bird special. The young man knew exactly what size vests and belts to put us in. Everything went smoothly. We were in the air for the perfect amount of time. I plan on going again next summer.

Everything was seamless from booking to docking. This was the kids first time parasailing, and they can't wait to do it again! Everyone was very nice and professional. We will be back next year 🙂 I totally recommend Grand Traverse Parasail!

Such a wonderful experience! Was very nervous at first, but this crew quickly put my mind at ease. Very professional and experienced at what they were doing and yet made you feel totally relaxed. So glad I did this and would definitely go again with Grand Traverse Parasail!

Had an awesome time. Very efficient. I purchased the photo and GoPro package. Love the photos they took of my grand daughters and myself. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.
