The airline ticket seller in this store was very irresponsible. i was charged $380 extra for a round trip ticket from phoenix city to guangzhou, this is the first time i heard that international flights don 't include baggage fees. even the airport staff thought it was weird. the ticket left me stranded for no reason I was very confused and the clerk was very rude.

the "front desk person" provided plenty of service to the coouple that she knew, maybe it wasnt because she knew us .. but obviously she dis not want our business either we sat and waites 30 minutes to g a response from us..she didnt apoligize or a please come back I can help uou later.. nothing.. if you choose their services, good luck
