I had an amazing experience at the Love's Travel Stop on Oliver Street in Lamar, Colorado, on June 2nd, 2024. The on-duty staff, Jonathan and Val, were absolutely superior in their customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.

What really stood out was Liz, a visiting off-duty staff member, who still embodied that Love's hospitality. Her warmth and helpfulness truly made a difference, even when she wasn't officially working.

This store exemplifies excellent customer service, and I will definitely be visiting again! Thank you to Jonathan, Val, and Liz for making my visit so pleasant.

Took the last $5 in my pocket and bought the largest fountain drink you can buy. Drank it then took the lid off to eat the ice and there were ants in the cup. Called and told them, all that was said was sorry. Not even an offer to provide a replacement. Won't ever buy a fountain drink there again!

I would rather post this on corporate rather than here but the app won’t let me. This is what happened.. we ordered pizzas while we waited Beverley proceeded to get after Jaimie about how to ring in a check in a very down grading way raised voice that i had to at that point be a witness to. Jaimie explained that had not been taught thru training to which Beverley replied as she was walking away ‘don’t let it happen again’ in a much louder voice. That whole scene was not appropriate. But on a plus side the pizza was good… thanks Jaimie!

Greeted with a slack-jawed thousand yard stare. Needed to teach her what left and right is. After the third time moving right when I said to the left I finally had to say "no, what I want is on the left while you keep moving right." It's never too late to learn your right hand from your left hand.
