I ordered a knife from these people during the postal strike and they offered me several alternate delivery options. They apologized for the expected delay due to the strike and even offered to refund my money. Like it was their fault?!? They were quick getting back to me to let me know once the knife had shipped.
I have only good things to say about the great service I received as well as the prompt updates as to the status of my purchase and delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Excellent service. Originally it appeared that the item I was looking for was out of stock and the company emailed me to let me know. I said I would maintain the order. Then they emailed me again to say not only had they located a couple, they shipped the item that same day. Best customer communication and service I’ve seen in a long time.

I place a large order for several Grohmann knives and I was amazed when they arrived the very next day. The customer service was extremely helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and so I highly recommend the Stapleton's Great Adventure Company.
If you don't own a Grohmann folder or fixed blade you're missing out on a beautiful and practical hunting and fishing knives. btw the water buffalo horn scales are extremely nice.
