Exito travel was recommended by my cruise travel agent for the international air travel involved. Given the incredible number of possible permutations for an itinerary, I didn't have much hope. However, Jeremy of Exito Travel far exceeded my expectations (and gracefully tolerated my occasional bumbling responses) by providing an itinerary that was priced at about 40% below anything I found, with good connections. I would give him and his agency high marks for service, courtesy and effectiveness.

Daniela, with Exito Travel, was helpful and patient when booking our flights to New Zealand. She was always very prompt in returning my many emails with questions regarding all aspects of our flights. When I realized I had made mistakes in both departure and return dates, after booking - ? - Daniela responded immediately, rebooking the correct dates. We feel very confident that, should any issues arise with any of our flights while traveling, Daniela and Exito will be there to solve them. Highly recommend!
