What a week.. feels like a dream!!
The crew are all fantastic and are always ready to assist with everything and anything!!
We were blessed with great wind which allowed dragonfly to take us on some serious adventures that no other safari will even attempt!!

The food was fantastic fresh and there was plenty of it!!

My recent kitesurfing holiday in Egypt, organized by Dragonfly, was nothing short of exceptional. Despite arriving late in Hurghada due to flight delays, the crew greeted us with outstanding hospitality. They were ready to assist us with everything and even prepared a warm, delicious meal to make us feel welcome.

The next morning, we set sail for the first of three kitesurfing spots, all of which were stunning uninhabited islands surrounded by crystal-clear waters. The crew anchored the boat so steadily that I never worried about seasickness. On each island, the beach crew set up a shaded area and handled all our kite gear. Their expertise was clear as they pumped our kites, set up the bars, and did so with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Meals were another highlight of the trip. Every day, we enjoyed a delicious variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring meats, fish, and other tasty dishes. There was always plenty of space on the boat if you needed a bit of alone time, and the air-conditioned rooms were equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected or get some work done.

With perfect windy conditions every day and the great company on board, the atmosphere was just right. Jonathan, Islam, and the entire crew were a pleasure to be around. They went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was happy, and their dedication showed in every little detail. I would 100% recommend Dragonfly to anyone considering a kitesurfing adventure in Egypt.

I embarked on a new adventure with fresh eyes, trying something completely different for the first time, and I can confidently say it was an experience to remember! The crew and instructors were outstanding, professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. And the chefs? They served up nothing short of culinary perfection with every meal. The mangoes and desserts are to die for!

When I arrived, I knew absolutely nothing about kitesurfing, but after just a few lessons, I began to grasp the basics and quickly fell in love with the sport. It’s safe to say I’m hooked!

For anyone seeking an unforgettable aquatic adventure, I wholeheartedly recommend Dragonfly. They go above and beyond to make the experience truly extraordinary.

What an amazing week I had with Dragonfly Kite Safaris in Egypt. From the sunrise to the sunset kitesurf session the whole crew worked hard for the well-being of all guests and fulfilled all wishes - really nothing to complain about, just 5 stars in every way. Amazing experience!

It was the best kitesurfing trip I've ever had! Starting from the pick up at the airport, the check in on the yacht, the great food the whole week and most important the service by the Lyra and Dragonfly crew. All you have to do is put on your harness and you'll be on the water within two minutes. 22 kite sessions between 15 - 30 knots in five days speaks for itself. Thank you Jonathan & Islam! Keep up the good work - I will come back!

My husband and I had been looking to do the dragonfly kite safari for some years and finally got round to it this July. I would say we went into it with really high expectations after reading all the 5 star reviews but those expectations were far exceeded. The trip was simply exceptional in every way. We kited every single day, all day everyday, except one, which they organised a whole host of other activities for us to do, there was really a never a dull moment. Islam and the entire yacht and Dragonfly team provided exemplary service, treating us like family. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and the most hospitable people we've encountered. The kiting spots were out of this world, and the fellow guests we shared the yacht with were amazing. The yacht itself was brand new, offering 100% luxury. The food was diverse and amazing. This was probably the trip of our lives and we will 100% be booking for next year. We can’t recommend this trip enough!!! Huge thank you to Islam, Jonathan and their team, looking forward to seeing you all again next year.
