One of the best trail rides I’ve been on! Jim, the owner, was easy to work with and very communicative. We had to adjust our time due to the heat and he gave us great options. We were lucky enough to be the only ones on the ride and our guide even serenaded us by harmonica. He was very informative and took special care of my friend, who was riding for the first time! My horse, Cheetoh, was a gentleman and listened to my commands better than most horses! Will be back!

Had a great time at Arizona horseback adventures. I took my girlfriend for a birthday surprise and she hasn’t stoped talking about it. Our instructor was very nice and even provided cool facts about the trail. Some of the photos posted here were taken by her. The owner got us set up and made us comfortable. Coming all the way from cleveland Ohio! We couldn’t have asked for more.

We came in the off season in August and booked the 1.5hr sunset ride. We had the ride to ourselves with Wyatt who was very great and conversational to ride with. He took great care of us and taught us tricks along the way.

With Phoenix reading 110 we were nervous about the heat, but in Cave Creek it was only 104, and we were surprised to find that we never got hot with the shade behind the mountains and the refreshing breeze. It was a beautiful ride with a beautiful sunset, highly recommend.

I had the best time with Arizona Horse Ride Adventures. Cave creek is such a beautiful place to go. Our guide was so respectful and friendly. He truly made our experience so memorable. We rode the horses all through the trails and even got to feed them treats at the end of our ride and take plenty of pictures. This is a great get away spot to visit with family and friends. We did the hour sunset ride, the views were amazing. I’m so happy we got to spend the evening making memories at this place. I will definitely be coming back here for a longer ride next time! You can’t get much better then the people and place at AZ HorseRide Adventures.

Sunset ride 1hr, we chose to do the one hour ride as Arizona was experiencing high heat (more than normal) really wish we’d gone longer. Bandit was a great little horse, I have ridden for over 20 years and he was a little dude. My husband who’s ridden a handful of times felt super safe. Sunset was beautiful, seen a few rabbits whilst out. Horses are very well cared for and loved, great little touches like having some treats for the end of the ride ( we brought some apples with us that they absolutely loved) enjoyed the fact that you didn’t at any point feel rushed to leave we spent a good 10 minutes giving the horses the treats that where provided and apples. First western experience if we ever come back to phoenix ( in the winter ?) we will definitely be back to do the longer ride / over night ride. From a horse person horses where all in great condition and had good fitting tack ( individual tack for each horse).

This was my first horseback riding experience and it was amazing! Jim was excellent and knowledgeable throughout the ride. Such a great atmosphere and beautiful sunset scenery. Buck and I truly bonded throughout our ride and he made me feel comfortable riding a horse for the first time! Such a wonderful experience. This place provides a calm and peaceful horseback experience and I will return again.

I did the 1.5 hour sunset ride and had an amazing time!! The scenery was beautiful. I learned so much about the land and wildlife throughout the ride. From start to finish an all-around great time. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My experience at Arizona Horseback Adventures was Amazing from the time we arrived until the time I left. We went on the 2 hr sunset ride Everyone at the ranch was super nice!! and fun to be around and our guide Tomas was absolutely awesome. He was was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind as well as Wyatt. I was in Awe through my whole experience. My horse Nevada was beautiful and sweet, along with view around me especially when Tomas played his harmonica it was peaceful wile watching the sunset behind the mountains ❤️ I would definitely recommend them I am from Ohio and I definitely would love to go back some day
