I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one. The maintenance is terrible. Trying to get into your room feels like you're on a mission with Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible. The shower rod was installed too high, so water gets on the floor, and the overall upkeep is disappointing. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this place. There is an extended stay across the street.

P.S. I've been homeless a couple of times in my life, so I can handle rough situations. However, this place was in such a bad state that it was unacceptable. I will be reaching out to management, just like others who have reviewed poorly of this place. People work hard for their money, and this kind of experience is not acceptable.

I live out of my car and getting a Night at this hotel was a special/rare occasion. I am impressed with the cleanliness and the customer service. I checked in a little later and Carlos was so friendly and made me feel
Welcomed. I asked for extra towels and Claudia was happy to grab some for me. I was able to do a couple loads of laundry and the laundry room was big and the washers and dryers weren’t too overpriced. Usually hotels charge $4 $5 a load so I was content with $3. Overall I was impressed and so incredibly happy with my stay. Really wishing I was able to stay another night at this location. OH and the bed was heavenly. ?

I stayed here March 13th -14th with my cousin, who was like a brother to me. He had just gotten out of a 2 week stay at the hospital and we were excited to see each other. The 2nd day of our stay I came in the room and found him unresponsive, called 911 and tried to recesitate him but was unable to. The police and coroner came and I went through the whole process with them. After sitting in my car for almost 3 hours while it was snowing they allowed me to leave and said I could return in 20 min to get our personal items from the room. When I returned 25 min later there was a young man and a housekeeper cleaning up the room already. They had thrown all our things in a trash bag along with other trash from the room. I couldn't believe it !! They young man was extremely rude to me and when I told him someone important to me had just died and they were throwing away all our things he even made a comment about how people should not be doing drugs in the rooms and they wouldn't be dead. For the record there were NO DRUGS in that room and it was investigated thoroughly. I didn't even know what had happened yet and I had to deal with these rude ass people throwing pop cans with soda in the bags with our clothes. It was horrible and he continued talking shit to me while I tried to drag the bags of stuff to my car. That person is horrible and this place is like hell. They should be closed down. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE PLS

Cathy.

Worst experience of my life here. I travel with a disabled person. We needed a handicap access room. We got it, and it was the worst room I've ever been in. The person at the desk was somehow overwhelmed with people at around 8 p.m. and when I tossed the key down on the desk because it wasn't working, he accused me of throwing it at him. I was pretty shocked. He told me I could go someplace else, in front of everyone. He said he wasn't a dog and all this street talk. It was really uncalled for. I took the abuse, because I was on the spot and wanted him to calm down. But I'll never stay here again under any circumstances

The single most ghetto hotel on the planet. The elevator was not working no big deal but I had a heavy bag. The room had curtains with paper stuffed in holes to block light. The bed sheets had stains and the bathroom toilet looked like a truck stop toilet. People arguing and slamming doors at 1, 2, 3 am. It was like a movie where someone visited a really bad motel. There is graphitti written on the edge of the small kitchen table. Will never stay at this place again.

Starting at 10:15, 3 different people opened the door to my room asking when I’m leaving. I was a single woman and attempting to get dressed. It was extremely unprofessional and alarming. Wait until 11:00 for check out time and check the rooms like every other hotel. So rude! There were also black hairs everywhere including pubic hairs INSIDE the folded up towel holding the soap, holes in the bedding, etc. Please book literally anywhere else.

I can not give any starts this was a terrible hotel. First room we started at was so filthy. The floor in the bathroom was about to fall though and we were on the 3rd floor. The elevators did not work, and there was trash everywhere. The next room the door would not open, the housekeeper could not even open the door. The second room they put us in was ok, however, woke up and seen cockroaches. Also the bed was missing a leg. Went to file a complaint and it took the manager over an hour to get there. I even took a video of the cockroach’s climbing the wall and under the dresser

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My daughter and I needed a place to stay for 5 nights and the price was the best in town. Now I can see why. We went in to view a room before we booked it. Thank god! Drove around the property to check it out, and there were people outside sitting on the curb smoking some kind of drugs. Housekeeping was standing outside of a room she was cleaning talking to one of the guests there smoking a cigarette right in front of the room with the door open. As we were walking into the office we were approached by a man asking for change. I told the lady at the front desk there were people asking for money and she looked and shrugged, didn’t say a word. We make our way into one of the rooms to view, and the room was dirty at first glance, looked liked someone had just rolled out of the bed and flipped the covers overs it. Stains on the wall, the towels looked like they’d been used and worst of all there was a baby cockroach crawling across the counter like no one’s business!!!
My daughter said mom theres a roach at that point I said okay have a good day. The lady went over and looked at the roach crawling across the counter turned around walked out and shut the door.
I’m in shock that the city even lets this place still stand. My daughter and I slept in our car that night because there was no way in hell I was staying there! Disgusting, unsafe, & unsanitary. They should really condemn this place and whatever management is running this place should get some real training behind them because it looked like a 5 year old was running this place.
