Big mistake approaching Sirra Travels. Lost a lot of money.

The staff at Sirra Travels were unfriendly and unresponsive.Their tricks, lies, and unprofessional staff made my travel experience a nightmare. I lost a lot of money because of them.

Sirra Travels only cares about making money, not helping customers. They don't listen or solve problems. My calls and messages went unanswered, and emails were ignored after the whole payment.

Stay away from Sirra Travels! Save your money and avoid the headache. The lady staff was very unprofessional. I felt helpless, so I filed a police complaint, which is still ongoing.

I have transfered money to book flight ticket ( 54500 rupees) from Bharain to Kozhikode, they sent me one way ticket and asked me to wait for the return ticket before 20 days of the return date. now they are not responding . tried to call and message many time but no response. please help me if someone know whome should i contact please

I've had it up to here with the sheer incompetence displayed by the likes of Unnimaya and the so-called MD, Shinoy, over at that agency. Let me tell you, dealing with that bunch is like navigating through a minefield of scams. It took an excruciating 4.5 months just to claw back a refund for a blasted air ticket I had the misfortune of booking through them. And don't even get me started on their abysmal customer service. Every time I dared to ask about my refund, they treated me like dirt, as if I was somehow inconveniencing them. And as for that spineless excuse for an MD, Shinoy, his behavior was beyond appalling. He had the audacity to shout and threaten my friends when they simply sought answers on my behalf. Well, guess what? Karma finally caught up with them. The Kerala Police have busted their sorry operation wide open, and wouldn't you know it, Mr. MD has done a runner. Good riddance, I say.

Worst experience from them.... Pls don't approach this agency.. They are cheating and doing fraud things......initially they will conform the ticket with one price.. Once we send the amount they would demand for more money.. They will tell ticket price has been increased.... Apart from this they are the one who deciding the date when we need to travel... We don't have any role.....we had told them to book ticket for both side and they booked one side only... If we question them they will tell all about their terms and conditions... Be aware about the scammers..Very rude attitude and behaving badly... Treated without respect and dignity... They did all mistakes and were shouting with emotional damage..Very bad experience my husband had.. Giving fake promotions... My husband approached them directly and spoke with a lady(manager?)she is very arrogant and treated as without respect.. We lost the full amount... They didn't even share the ticket..at last we raise a complaint against them in police station and we came to know that somany,are cheated by this Scammers and they have given complaint against them.don't trust them... Don't suggest this agency...

I've never had such a bad experience with any other agencies. I won't recommend this agency to anyone. The staff is highly irresponsible, they want the customer to travel according to their choices instead of accommodating customer preferences. Initially, I asked for a round-trip flight from London to Calicut, and they provided Etihad details, requiring half the payment to secure the ticket. Later, despite paying the full amount, they sent an Oman Air ticket a day before my scheduled flight, causing a loss of trust.

Upon reaching Kerala, I requested my return flight, having paid in full. However, the staff was unresponsive, claiming they'd booked the flight but were awaiting tickets from the airline. The day before my departure, they demanded an extra 24,874, stating fluctuating flight charges. Unwillingly, I paid and received a ticket for the same day's evening flight from Kochi. After requesting a change, they issued a new ticket for two days later, leaving me no choice.

Their failure to book tickets timely, attempts to charge extra, and disregard for their mistake were frustrating. Despite my complaints, they neither admitted fault nor provided a refund or compensation, and they continue to ignore my messages.

I completely understand that the prices varies . But this is your fault and don't try to blame the airlines and price change. I have given the full amount for my up and down flight and you haven't booked the tickets on time . Then now you are making excuses that the price changed. The customer gives you full amount to book the flight to make sure the flight is confirmed and they got it for current price. But what you are doing is not booking the flight on time and justifying your mistake. Everyone knows the price will be high if you book a flight just the day before you fly . I gave the full amount a month before and you booked my flight a day before. I need the compensation for this .

Worst travel agency ever.....frauds...
The ticket I bought to go to UK through them was canceled 10 days before the trip and it was 60 days now... I have not been refunded yet. I Called, mailed, went and saw. They told will be ready by today evening, tomorrow evening, you don't worry, its been 2 months .But don't even take calls now. Just frauds...
