Completely rude and unprofessional! Called to make an appointment and upon arrival Rosa became upset at me because her secretary did not inform her of the scheduled appointment. Had me wait 20 minutes only to say she could not help and why couldn't I just translate it myself. She went on to say that birth certificates were not needed to be translated and that I should "inform" myself. Translation of any document in a foreign language is a requirement clearly listed on the UCIS website and she should be aware of such requirements since she is the one providing and charging for immigration services to people in the community.

Rosa es completamente grosera y nada profesional. Esta mal informando a la comunidad. No vayan con ella!
