I just wanted to comment on how disappointed I am about this trip and your service. My friend and I originally booked with LA world tours but somehow got referred to Q travel.

1. You kept on changing their word on the pricing and requested extra charge. There was no mention of baggage fees ($30)for the second day to store baggage in the tour vehicle until the day before departure. No other tour company limits baggage.
2. You did not communicate to us that hotels could store luggage fee or charge. (It was our first time in Las Vegas, and the tour management was well aware of this fact that hotels offer this complimentary service).
3. Also, we were surprised to know that the total of all the extra fees were well over $100 per person and were not communicated at all until the day of, or the day before the tour. I’m sure that the majority of your clients are from overseas and it would have been inconvenient for many people to exchange cash. When the tour company tried to ask us for additional fees, oftentimes they did not clarify the source of why the extra fees are warranted.
4. All details regarding timing of the tour and meetup places were communicated to us very last minute. We were told to show up at the meeting location at 3:00am for the second day of the tour and that we would be picked up at our hotel. However, all of this changed in a blink of an eye when the pickup location was set to three places/venues due to the F1 event. We feel like we wasted time and money for hotel that didn’t have to be booked. (They should have known that f1 event will be held near Vegas strip no way didn’t know about this tour starting time)

I feel like these things could have been communicated well in advance, before the tour. Any other tour company that I have been with had all their schedules up on the page. Your website went down the day before the tour, and the content of the website itself was questionable/unreliable as well.

The tour guides were very attentive and kind, and we had a good time. We’re just disappointed regarding how the tour schedule was very last minute (sent to us the day before the tour). I do not recommend if you are short on time and if you’re the type of person who likes to be informed of everything in advance. We did not appreciate all the miscommunication and delays, I will never book with them nor refer a friend to book with them.

We are having an extraordinary birthday vacation! We have checked off so many items from the bucket list including taking picture at the original Welcome to las vegas sign, going to the botanical conservatory at the Bellagio (celebrating the chinese new year absolutely gorgeous), seeing three story chocolate fountain ( beautiful piece of our artwork), Bellagio fountain show from the bellagio bridge, where you can hear the music choreographed with the show, the high roller Ferris wheel, which was over three hundred feet in the air at the apex, fremont street and believe it or not..much more! This tour has just been nothing short of amazing. We will definitely book again!

I am a nine year old. My parents and I joined a tour group. Here is what I like about this trip. The guide was really kind. He explained every little detail about the places our tour group went. He was also very carefree about driving. Sometimes, I slept during the tour, and I never woke up unless my mom dis, meaning that the guide drove carefully. The thing that will remind me the tour for years was the pictures. The guide took many pictures of us. I highly recommend tour guide Jerry.

We were passed illegally by one of your your buses on the I-89 heading out of Glen Canyon on August 5th around 3pm. This bus drove right over a solid double yellow line going away too fast right before going into a construction zone, they could have hurt someone. I recommend that the company hire drivers that will follow local laws and not put others in danger. The license plate number of the bus was: 81703 A

Tip was included already on a 4 top, but other than that the food was good and the attendants where super helpful. Would reccomend.
